"Wonderful customer service. Was vacationing in Asheville a few weeks ago when I accidentally bent my glass frame quite badly out of shape. I looked in Yelp and found Tunnel Vision which had good reviews. I went into their very busy store but didn’t have to wait long. Grace served me and was very gracious. She took my glasses, worked on them for about ten minutes, and returned them to me in perfect condition. When I asked how much, she told me that there was no charge!
